YOUNG CREATORS DISCOVER 3D training for youth workers:
🔸 5 days of intensive learning, communication, inspiration, exchange of ideas and preparation for a 3D workshop for young people. The training took place in 2021, August 23-27, In Antalieptė (Zarasai district).
🔸30 participants from Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia got acquainted with modeling in TinkerCAD, learned to make a mold from silicone and apply it to chocolate production. The training was attended by youth workers, youth educators, and volunteers from youth centers.
🔸 We delved into the principles of operation of 3D printers, practically tested the subtleties of printer preparation and settings.
🔸 Participants were actively interested in the possibilities of 3D in working with young people, discussed the application of 3D in their work, and some even on their own initiative modeled and printed examples of practical things: pendants with their logo, medals and other impressive models.
🔸 After these trainings, the project activities move to the local level: the trainees will lead workshops in different cities. They will, of course, be free and accessible to all young people.
🔸In Lithuania, classes will take place in Vilnius, Kaunas, Druskininkai, Panevėžys, Panevėžys district. and Visaginas! We will share information about the workshop on our website and Facebook account.
