Interim partner meeting in Riga

On January 11-12, 2022, an interim project meeting in Riga was held. Project coordinators from all three partner organizations: Robotikos mokykla (Lithuania), Tartu Youth Work Center (Tartu Noorsootöö Keskus) and the Baltic Regional Fund (Baltijas Reģionālais fonds) had two days of intensive and fruitful work. Working sessions took place in youth center “BaMbuss” (Brivibas 204, Riga).

 The agenda included:

 Local workshops:

1. Overview of the local workshops in numbers
2. Overview of the responses in the Facilitators’ Evaluation form for local workshops.
3. Dissemination of local workshops

 Intellectual output:

1. Structure and contents of the methodological guidelines. Timeline and responsibilities
2. Translations and uploads

 Impact and sustainability:

1. Reviewing the planned impact at different levels, discussing and planning related dissemination activities
2. Sustainability (what could be done for the continuation of 3D activities)

 Upcoming events and activities:

1. Multiplier events – dates, agenda
2. Final TPM

 Budget:

1. Budget spendings and remaining amounts

 Other administrative and organizational issues

During the meeting, project partners made necessary decisions for the next period of the project, shared project implementation experiences and ideas for a wider impact on the Youth sector.
